At sixty years young, Alison has lived a life full of reinvention—from strategic marketing to creative entrepreneurship, with plenty of bold pivots along the way. She’s worn many hats (sometimes all at once!), but the common thread? Helping women navigate midlife transitions with clarity, confidence, and purpose.
Her story is one of transformation. Raised in a traditional Mennonite community, Alison learned resilience, adaptability, and the power of reinvention firsthand. Over the years, she’s navigated major life shifts—leaving the church, raising a family, launching new careers, becoming a solo traveler, and carving out a life fully aligned with who she’s meant to be.
Now, as the founder of The Growing Soul, Alison empowers midlife women to break free from uncertainty, step into their next chapter, and create lives that feel truly fulfilling.
