Transitional Growth Coach and Founder of The Growing Soul
As a newly minted sixty year-old, Alison's rich tapestry of life experiences spans strategic marketing to creative entrepreneurship, shaping her into a resilient professional adept at navigating diverse sectors.
Her journey, deeply influenced by early years in a traditional Mennonite community, instilled a strong work ethic and a cherished knack for practical skills.
Alison's path through personal and professional transformations—marriage, motherhood, career expansions and profound self-discovery as a solo traveler at a later age—has fueled her passion for empowering midlife women. Today, she runs two successful businesses—one creative, one coaching— works at a local bookstore and lives in a world she's intentionally designed to be in alignment with her purpose and passions.
As the host of the Grow Your Soul women's retreat, Alison combines her coaching & creative sides to lead participants through a journey that assists them with finding clarity, exploring possibilities and expanding their exponential thinking to design their own perfect world.
She and co-host, Cassie, have curated an experience richly infused with space to grow, have meaningful conversations, get creative, self-reflect, savor delicious foods & drinks, and connect in a small group setting...plus some sweet swag and a beautiful pampering surprise! All of this while encapsulated in a cozy vacation home, set in the picturesque mountains of north Idaho.
